My story is pretty simple. I grew up wanting to do well by staying focused and learning from the mistakes of others. When I learned to adapt, it allowed me to develop the desire to help other improve as well.
The turning point was when I decided that I no longer wanted to be caught in complacency. Complacency was the enemy. If I let it creep up again then I’ll plateau in growth. I conquer complacency by always forcing myself to do the things that “think” that I don’t want to do. Therefore, I always find new ways to challenge myself just so I can feel the satisfaction of mastering what seemed so hard in the beginning.
My purpose is to inspire others. I believe that it’s important to have the role where someone is looking up to you or trusting you with the some of the things that they care so much out. Whether it’s personal issues or simply fitness. My motivation is to grow. If I master going through challenges then I can help others push through theirs as well.
