CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
CrossFit Coach
I have always loved the outdoors. I enjoy biking, hiking, paddleboarding, swimming...any activity that gets me in nature. My commitment to fitness and nutrition will allow me to enjoy working and playing in nature for years to come.
Prepare for life! I started CrossFit in 2011 and had no idea it was training for more than just fitness. The physical benefits are obvious but the mental and emotional training is something I didn't expect. Training to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and recognize your true strengths - both physical and mental. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020, my training and support from my CrossFit family gave me strength to push through and recover. Everyone will face challenges in their life and it is comforting to know that each day at the gym I am preparing for those challenges while helping others.
As a coach, I want to provide a training experience that is challenging and fun. I've been in CrossFit for over 10 years and hope to share my experiences and motivate others to reach their goals and enjoy their journey.
