how does it work?
- Initial Video Call & Interview: The journey starts with a video call where we get acquainted. We'll delve into various aspects of your life through questions about your nutrition, sleep habits, stress levels, and workout history. This sets the groundwork for a personalized coaching experience.
- Strength & Weakness Assessment: The next step involves a one to two-week testing phase. Here, we assess your strengths and weaknesses through various fitness metrics, exercises, and potentially sport-specific drills.
- Delivery of Macrocycle Plans: Based on the initial assessments, your first set of macrocycles—comprehensive, long-term training plans—will be delivered. These are tailored to align with your identified goals, weaknesses, and areas for quick improvement.
- Regular Check-Ins & Re-assessment: Regular check-ins serve as milestones to review your progress, tackle any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. After achieving significant milestones, a re-assessment will be done to tailor your training program further.
- Continuous Monitoring and Adaptation: Your programming isn't set in stone. The plan will be continuously monitored and modified as you progress to ensure it evolves with your needs, keeping you on the most efficient path toward your goals.
