About Me

I'm a Naples native, a devoted husband, and a loving father of two. I attended Naples High School and later graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Not only am I the owner of CrossFit Naples, but I've also been a coach professionally for over a decade; my passion for health and performance extends into the academic realm—I'm a bona fide nerd in physics, physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. All of which i apply my coaching and training.

My family and I share our home with our oversized fur baby, Alpha—a German Shepherd who tips the scale at over 90 pounds of pure energy and is the biggest baby you'll ever meet.

In my downtime, you'll find me on the golf course, soccer field, or basketball court, serving at my church, and researching or reading new studies surrounding physical therapy and sports/exercise performance. After everyone else has hit the hay, out by the pool with the kids or in a late-night video game session. My life is a blend of family, academia, athleticism, and a zest for living each moment to the fullest.

Turning Point

The birth of my first child marked a seismic shift in my perspective on health and wellness. Suddenly, the enemy wasn't just inertia, complacency, or a personal record I was striving to break; it was the risk of not being around long enough to see my children grow up, achieve their dreams, and perhaps have their own families. That moment redefined my "why"—the underlying motivation behind each weight lifted and each meal meticulously logged. My focus shifted from self-centered goals to a broader vision of longevity and vitality—for myself and my son and daughter. This pivotal realization continues to fuel my coaching philosophy and personal life, driving me to be a better athlete and coach and a better father.

Passion & Motivation

My zeal for fitness is more than skin-deep; it's rooted in a deep-seated fascination with the science that powers every lift, sprint, and squat. I thrive on understanding the 'why' behind the 'how,' diving into the intricacies of physics, physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics to optimize performance and well-being.

However, my ultimate motivation transcends personal curiosity or achievement. It's about empowering you to unlock your fullest potential. I aim to be the catalyst that helps you transform into the best version of yourself—because I know that's what I strive for every day.
